Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Upper School Location: London Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 4:40pm, Monday to Friday Pay: £89 per day About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our Upper School team. This is a long-term role, as building strong relationships with students is key to their regulation and success. The school supports a broad spectrum of Special Educational Needs (SEN), with many students holding EHCPs, making this a highly inclusive environment. As an LSA, you will: Support SEN students in mainstream lessons (1–6 students per class) to access the curriculum. Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure students’ needs are met. Run break and lunch clubs on a rota basis, as well as after-school homework clubs for SEN students. Complete administrative tasks, prepare resources, liaise with staff, and attend department meetings during dedicated admin time (3:15–4:30pm) when not supervising homework club. Attend training to continually develop your skills in supporting students. Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are: Energetic, proactive, and highly organized. Empathetic and able to build trusting relationships with students. Strong team players with problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working across all curriculum areas, supporting a range of SEN needs.
