Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Near Ealing Broadway, West London Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (term time only) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term About the Role Axcis Education is currently recruiting an experienced and resilient Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role is well suited to someone who is confident, firm, and consistent, with the ability to set clear boundaries while also building a warm, trusting, and positive connection with the child. The pupil benefits from structured support, clear expectations, and an adult who can remain calm and assertive when managing behaviour. You will support the child with learning, emotional regulation, and social development, helping them to engage positively within the classroom and wider school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement effective strategies and ensure consistency throughout the school day.
