The school has a strong SEN provision, a proactive SENCO and a collaborative staff team who value consistency and relationship-based support. The school is easily accessible via public transport, including Tube, DLR and bus routes. In this role, you will be: • Supporting pupils with autism on a 1:1 and small-group basis. • Using visual timetables, routines and structured strategies to support communication and engagement. • Encouraging emotional regulation, independence and positive social interaction. • Supporting learning across core subjects within the classroom. • Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to support EHCP targets.
