About the Role As a Teaching Assistant in this primary setting, you will work closely with class teachers and other members of staff to provide support across a range of year groups. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: • Previous experience supporting children in a primary school environment (desirable but not essential) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A patient, positive, and proactive approach to working with young learners • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team • Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate or equivalent (desirable) An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
