Axcis Education is working with an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ Primary Special Needs School in Ealing (Greenford), seeking a dedicated and empathetic TA to join their highly skilled team from September 2025.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the support team, your responsibilities will include:
-Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism and associated learning needs
-Implementing individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and SEN professionals
-Supporting alternative communication using PECS and Makaton
-Providing personal care.
-Assisting with personal care in a respectful and sensitive manner
-Creating a structured, sensory-aware, and engaging learning environment
-Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence
-Contributing to pupil progress reviews through clear and thoughtful observations
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
-Experience working with children with SEND, especially those with ASD
-Confidence using PECS and Makaton
-A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to complex behaviours and sensory needs
-Willingness to assist with personal care tasks where required
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Full availability, Monday to Friday, for the entire academic year
