About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant Support Worker, you will provide one-to-one support to students aged 16–25 with learning disabilities. Your role will be pivotal in helping these young people develop essential life and learning skills, fostering their independence and confidence. You will work closely with experienced staff in a nurturing environment that values inclusivity and positive behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Offer tailored support to students with diverse needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and cognitive challenges.
