Join Our Team – SEN Teaching Assistant Primary School | L30 Area September Start | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Do you have a passion for helping children with additional needs reach their full potential? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in L30 is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils across EYFS to KS2, many of whom have complex needs including non-verbal communication, sensory processing challenges, and social-emotional difficulties. About the Role Working within the school’s dedicated SEN provision, you'll play a vital role in supporting children both academically and emotionally, helping them grow in confidence, communication, and independence. Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and learning tasks Promoting independence, social interaction, and a sense of achievement Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external therapists to ensure consistent, high-quality support Each day, you'll be making a meaningful impact in the lives of children who need it most.
