What You’ll Be Doing Inspire & Support Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions, helping pupils develop confidence, resilience and academic progress in a setting built around trust and understanding. Collaborate with a Purpose • Work alongside teachers, behaviour specialists and multidisciplinary professionals to shape targeted interventions and contribute to personalised Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Create a Safe, Nurturing Environment • Build positive relationships and provide a calm, consistent presence where students feel valued, supported and respected. Empower Personal Growth • Help pupils develop emotional regulation, social skills, coping strategies and productive learning behaviours that set them up for success. Track and Celebrate Progress • Monitor engagement, behaviour and academic development—recognising and celebrating every milestone, big or small. Think Creatively • Support and contribute to engaging, practical and accessible activities designed to inspire learners who may not thrive in traditional classroom settings. About You • You’re someone who genuinely wants to help young people overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
