The Role: We are seeking a resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs through a trauma-informed approach. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment where pupils can succeed.
