Job Title: Teaching Assistant 1:1
1:1 Teaching Assistant – Swanage

The role:
• Provide personalised 1:1 support, helping pupils thrive both academically and socially
• Assist teachers with lessons, resources, and classroom organisation
• Track progress and celebrate achievements, contributing to IEPs and assessments
• Work closely with teachers and the SENCo to deliver tailored support strategies
• Help create a calm, structured, and engaging classroom where every child can succeed
About you:
• Have personal or professional experience supporting children with SEN
• Are patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference
• Communicate effectively and enjoy working as part of a team
• Hold (or are working toward) a Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (desirable)
• Have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable due to location)
