Key Responsibilities • Plan, prepare and deliver differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum and school policies. • Assess, record and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted interventions. • Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe, respectful, and motivating atmosphere. • Contribute to whole-school initiatives, including staff meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities. • Collaborate with colleagues, parents and external partners to support each pupil’s holistic development. Essential Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Proven experience teaching in a secondary or primary setting (minimum 1?year preferred). • Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
