Primary SEND Teacher – ASD Location: Hackney, East London Salary: £160 per day upwards Start date: ASAP Job type: Full-time, long-term Description: Axcis are working with a supportive primary school in Hackney that is seeking a primary SEND teacher to work with pupils with ASD and SEMH needs. The class is small, well-supported by experienced teaching assistants, and pupils are working below age-related expectations. The school has a strong inclusive ethos and prioritises emotional regulation, structure and consistency over academic pressure. This role would suit a primary-trained teacher with experience or interest in SEND, behaviour support or trauma-informed practice.
