We are seeking compassionate, reflective individuals – especially Psychology graduates – who are passionate about applying insights into behaviour, emotional regulation, and mental health to make a genuine difference in young lives. This role is ideal for Psychology graduates who want to apply their understanding of human behaviour, emotional regulation, and mental health in a real-world educational setting. It offers superb hands-on experience that is highly valued for future careers in educational psychology, clinical psychology, teaching, or therapeutic roles. Day-to-day responsibilities • Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group academic and emotional support, helping pupils access a broad, balanced, and highly personalised curriculum (including National Curriculum, GCSEs, vocational qualifications, ASDAN, Prince’s Trust, Duke of Edinburgh, and practical life skills). • Implement evidence-based interventions for emotional regulation, social skills, anxiety management, and positive behaviour – drawing directly on psychological theory and restorative approaches. • Work alongside teachers, senior student support workers, therapists, and external partners (CAMHS, Educational Psychology, Social Care, YOT) to deliver individual support plans. • Contribute to a calm, trauma-informed classroom environment where pupils feel safe to learn, take risks, and rebuild their confidence.
