Axcis are working with a primary school in Havering seeking a HLTA to support their SEND department. With an Ofsted Good rating and a strong ethos around inclusion, this school provides a welcoming and supportive environment. Accessible by bus and train links, with onsite parking for staff.
In this role, you will be:
• Delivering small group interventions in literacy and numeracy.
• Covering classes where required.
• Supporting pupils with EHCPs and varied SEND needs.
• Working alongside the SENCO to deliver targeted provision.
What we’re looking for:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Confidence in leading groups and covering lessons.
• Strong SEND knowledge, particularly ASD, ADHD, and speech and language.
