This is a full-time position with an immediate start, ideal for someone with a caring nature, strong initiative, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with high levels of need. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils aged 4 to 19 with a range of complex needs Assisting with sensory learning, communication programmes, and structured routines Providing personal care, including toileting, feeding, and mobility support Helping pupils access learning through play-based, practical, and therapeutic activities Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver consistent, tailored support Creating a positive, encouraging environment where every achievement is celebrated Who We’re Looking For Experience supporting children or young people with PMLD, SLD, or complex SEND Calm, patient, and adaptable personality Confident delivering personal care and following care plans Able to build trusting relationships with students across different age groups Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn Enhanced DBS (or willingness for Axcis to support you with one) Why Join This School?
