SEND Teaching Assistant – Primary – Tower Hamlets From £89/day | Primary | Tower Hamlets | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Long-Term Axcis are recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Good Ofsted-rated primary school in Tower Hamlets. In this role, you will be: • Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD and speech & language difficulties on a 1:1 and small-group basis. • Using visual aids and structured learning techniques to promote engagement and understanding. • Encouraging social skills, confidence and independence. • Working closely with the SENCO and teachers to deliver EHCP targets and track progress. What we’re looking for: • Experience supporting children with SEND, ideally within a primary setting. • Knowledge of autism, communication tools (PECS/Makaton), or sensory strategies. • Calm, patient and positive approach to learning support. • A genuine passion for inclusion and helping children succeed.
