• Support pupils both in class and through targeted interventions, helping them develop resilience, communication skills and self-belief.
• Model calmness, empathy and consistency, particularly during moments of emotional or behavioural challenge.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide holistic support.
This full-time, term-time position is ideal for someone who believes that every child deserves the chance to succeed, regardless of their background or previous experiences.

• Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and de-escalation skills.
• Is emotionally intelligent, reflective, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Brings energy, patience and positivity to every situation.
Why Join Us?
In return, you will benefit from:
• A supportive and forward-thinking staff team that values collaboration and professional growth.
• Ongoing training in trauma-informed and therapeutic practices.
• The opportunity to make a genuine and lasting difference in the lives of young people every day.
If you are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.
Apply today to join our compassionate, trauma-informed team in Salisbury as a Full-Time SEMH Teaching Assistant, and help transform lives—one child at a time.
