Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Pay: From £89 per day (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Worcester, supporting students in Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible, with the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people with a range of SEN.
Key Responsibilities
•	Provide tailored, practical support both in and out of the classroom
•	Work 1:1 and with small groups to help students access learning, develop independence, and build confidence
•	Support communication, emotional regulation, and life skills development
•	Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to ensure effective support for every student
•	Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Requirements
•	Experience supporting young people with SEND is essential, ideally within an educational setting
•	A patient, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs
•	Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people
•	Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
