As a Teaching Assistant you'll: Support students in class with their learning, communication and social skills Offer 1:1 support where needed both academically and emotionally Help create a calm and structured classroom environment Encourage independence, life skills, and confidence-building Join in with activities like cooking, outdoor learning, PE, and creative projects Be a kind, steady presence, someone students can trust and rely on You don’t need to be an expert but if you have experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in school, care, youth work, or similar), that’s a huge bonus.
