Axcis Education is seeking a confident and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team as soon as possible. This is a long-term position that will run for the remainder of this academic year and continue into the next school year, offering valuable consistency for both staff and pupils. The provision supports children aged 3–11 with a variety of additional needs. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will be someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, celebrating small successes, and helping children develop both academically and socially. We're looking for someone who: - Has previous experience supporting children with SEND - Brings a calm, positive and encouraging approach to the classroom - Is dependable and committed to being a consistent presence for pupils - Can adapt to the varying needs of children across the provision - Works well alongside teachers, therapists and support staff In this role, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities throughout the school day, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and work towards their individual goals.
