Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant - One to One Support
We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child within a mainstream school’s SEND unit. The role involves supporting an energetic child with challenging behaviour, so we are looking for someone confident, patient, and proactive who can build positive relationships and provide consistent support throughout the school day. Role details: • One to one SEND support within a mainstream setting • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm • £89 per day Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working with SEND is essential • Experience managing challenging behaviour • Willingness to carry out personal care • Calm, positive, and reliable approach • Ability to work closely with teaching staff and follow individual support plans This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced SEND TA looking to make a meaningful difference in a supportive school environment.
