Position: Send Teacher Location: Kingston, London Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00?am – 4:00?pm Salary: Competitive, paid to scale About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Send Teacher to join our thriving educational team in Kingston, London. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality instruction, foster an inclusive learning environment, and support the academic and personal development of students across key curriculum areas. Key Responsibilities • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and school standards. • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records. • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to design and implement individualized learning plans. • Contribute to extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development initiatives. • Uphold school policies, safeguarding procedures, and promote a safe, respectful classroom culture. Required Qualifications & Experience • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a valid teaching licence. • Minimum 2?years of experience teaching in a mainstream or SEND setting. • Strong knowledge of SEND frameworks and best practices. • Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.
