We are delighted to be recruiting a passionate and nurturing SEND Teacher to join a brand new Year 7–only specialist provision supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and non-verbal needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a school from the very beginning — helping to shape its culture, routines and vision, while making a genuine difference to young people at a crucial transition stage.
The Role:
Teaching small Year 7 classes only
Supporting pupils with complex SEND, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and non-verbal communication needs
Creating a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with a highly supportive multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience working with SEND (school, PRU or specialist provision experience welcomed)
A patient, compassionate and resilient approach
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 3:30pm
