Job Title: SEND Teacher
SEND Teacher – Specialist College (Post-16) | N10 | September Start Axcis Education is working with a fantastic specialist college in North London (N10) to recruit a dedicated and experienced SEND Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time role working with post-16 learners with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, and communication needs. The college has a warm, inclusive ethos and focuses on developing students’ independence, life skills, and academic progress. Key Details: Start Date: September 2025 Location: Muswell Hill, N10 Contract: Full-time, long-term Setting: Specialist college (SEND, post-16) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (PAYE) Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) Previous experience working with SEND learners, ideally in a post-16 or specialist setting Confident planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Strong classroom management and positive behaviour support strategies Passionate about inclusive education and supporting young people with additional needs You’ll be joining a highly supportive team that values creativity, patience, and a learner-focused approach.
