Axcis Education is working on behalf of a very large secondary school based in Leamington Spa, who are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in their SEND department. Pupils will have a range of needs from EAL, SEMH, autism and learning difficulties. The School: - This large secondary school based in Leamington Spa - Excellent transport links and free parking - Excellent facilities - Tight-knit hard working staff team who are renowned for supporting one another, and passionate about the progress of all their pupils. You Will; - Have a clear DBS on the update service or a willing to take one out. - Have experience of supporting pupils in a classroom environment - Experience in supporting pupils with Challenging Behaviour - Experience of de-escalation techniques. - The ability to commit to full time or part time hours.
