This is an excellent opportunity for individuals from a Teaching Assistant, Youth Work, Support Work, Sports Coaching, Psychology Graduate or Care background who are looking to build a long-term career within education, special educational needs, or children's services. The Role As a Learning Coach, you will work closely with students both inside and outside the classroom to help them engage in learning, develop social skills, and achieve positive outcomes. The school follows the National Curriculum but also offers a creative and engaging approach to education through: • Outdoor learning activities • Community projects • Educational trips and visits • Sports and physical activities • Cooking and life skills sessions • Creative arts and enrichment programmes • Therapeutic and relationship-based support You will play a key role in motivating students, building positive relationships and supporting them to overcome barriers to learning.
