Responsibilities: • Work closely with classroom teachers to implement individual education plans for pupils with SEMH needs. • Facilitate a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages student well-being and engagement. • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources tailored to the needs of SEMH pupils. • Employ strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills, helping students to overcome educational barriers. • Assist with the observation and assessment of pupils' progress, reporting findings to teachers and relevant professionals. • Support the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.
