DRAMA GRAD Position: Drama Graduate Job Location: Wandsworth, London Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, Paid to Scale Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Drama Graduate to join our team in Wandsworth, London. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the performing arts and a commitment to fostering creativity and confidence in young minds. Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and delivery of dynamic drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum. • Support students in developing their acting and performance skills through workshops, rehearsals, and productions. • Contribute to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth. • Collaborate with department staff to organize school plays, performances, and events. • Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them improve their dramatic techniques and performance abilities. • Assist with extracurricular drama clubs and encourage student involvement in drama-related activities. • Support students with varying levels of ability, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs. • Maintain a professional demeanour, adhering to school policies and fostering positive relationships within the school community.
