SEMH Learning Mentor Contract: Full-time, long-term Location: Dorchester Are you an experienced SEND or SEMH specialist Teaching Assistant ready to make a genuine difference? A dynamic Alternative Provision in Dorchester is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Learning Mentor to join their forward-thinking and highly supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a nurturing environment that places the wellbeing and progress of every learner at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be supporting pupils with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD in their education through a therapeutic, relationship-centred approach.
