Job Title: Qualified Teacher
Are you looking for a change in your Teaching career? Do you enjoy being part of a warm, supportive school community where every child is known and valued? We are seeking a Qualified Teacher to educate pupils in a SEND school in the Exeter area.
About the role
Working closely with the leadership team and support staff, you will teach core subjects at mixed levels and abilities in a small class (no more than 10 pupils). You will also be a role-model building confidence in young learners and allowing them to enjoy school life. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting small class sizes, behaviour management, adapting curriculum learning alongside EHCP’s and promoting positive behaviour, contributing to a calm, nurturing learning environment.

You must be a Qualified Teacher for this position. Primary and secondary teachers welcome, this role is more about the type of energy you bring to class and how you build relationships. SEND experience can be taught on the job.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
