Key Responsibilities: - Delivering high-quality early years education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. - Planning and facilitating stimulating activities that promote children’s learning and development. - Observing, assessing, and recording each child's progress, ensuring that learning experiences are tailored to individual needs. - Establishing and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all children. - Building strong and respectful partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring clear communication regarding their child's progress and daily activities. - Collaborating with other educators and staff to contribute to the smooth operation of the setting. - Engaging in continuous professional development to keep abreast of best practices in early years education.
