Job Title: Qualified Early Years Educator Location: Wandsworth, London Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Compensation: Paid to Scale Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team in Wandsworth, London. This is a full-time position ideal for a dedicated professional who is eager to inspire and engage with young children in their formative years of learning and development. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering high-quality early years education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. - Planning and facilitating stimulating activities that promote children’s learning and development. - Observing, assessing, and recording each child's progress, ensuring that learning experiences are tailored to individual needs. - Establishing and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for all children. - Building strong and respectful partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring clear communication regarding their child's progress and daily activities. - Collaborating with other educators and staff to contribute to the smooth operation of the setting. - Engaging in continuous professional development to keep abreast of best practices in early years education.
