About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team in Whitton, London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting while gaining hands-on experience within a supportive and professional environment.
You will work closely with experienced staff to support individuals and contribute to the delivery of effective psychological and educational support.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of psychological interventions for individuals and small groups
Assist in conducting assessments and observations under professional supervision
Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
Help develop and implement tailored support and intervention plans
Contribute to research, reporting, and data analysis where required
Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Psychology or a related field
Strong understanding of core psychological theories and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Organised, proactive, and adaptable approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling systems
