As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to provide in-class support for a range of learners, including children with SEND. Your role will involve helping pupils engage with learning activities, supporting them with focus and communication, and delivering targeted interventions in reading and maths to help close learning gaps. You’ll be an important part of the classroom team, contributing to a positive, calm, and encouraging learning environment.
