The successful candidate will: • Have the appropriate teaching and learning level 3 diploma or equivalent qualification/or be willing to work towards it. • Have experience of delivering and supporting the delivery of the KS2 National Curriculum. • Promote and model the school vision including infusing honesty and integrity into all of school life • Develop high quality professional relationships with children, colleagues, parents, carers and Governors. • Contribute to the development of an inspiring culture for learning across the school • Plan and differentiate to meet the needs of all pupils, including pupils with SEND. • Deliver teaching and learning as part of cover, taking a lead in the absence of the class teacher. • Understand the importance and impact of teamwork and collaboration.
