The Role As a Year 3 Teacher, you will: • Take full responsibility for teaching a Year 3 class. • Plan and deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons. • Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development. • Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment. • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs. • Work closely with teaching assistants and other school staff. • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. • Contribute to the wider life of the school. About You We are looking for a teacher who: • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. • Has experience teaching within a primary school setting. • Has experience teaching, or a strong interest in, Key Stage 2 / Year 3. • Is confident planning and delivering lessons independently. • Has high expectations of pupils and is committed to helping every child achieve. • Is nurturing, approachable and enthusiastic. • Works well as part of a supportive school team. • Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.
