Full-Time | Starting September 2025 | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Location: Windsor, Berkshire Recruiting via: Axcis Education Are you a dedicated and resilient educator with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? Axcis Education is currently seeking a full-time primary teacher for a respected SEND school in Windsor. Starting in September 2025, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a setting that supports pupils aged 5–11 with complex learning needs, communication challenges and behavioural difficulties. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver differentiated and engaging primary-level lessons tailored to individual SEND requirements. • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe and supported. • Collaborate closely with therapists, support staff and families to create cohesive learning plans. • Employ creative strategies to enhance communication, emotional development and behaviour regulation. We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Has prior experience in teaching children with special educational needs, especially those with communication and behavioural challenges. • Brings empathy, flexibility and commitment to every lesson. • Possesses excellent behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
