While most assignments will be short-term cover, there may be opportunities for longer placements where lesson planning and preparation will form part of the role. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have at least one year of teaching experience within a primary school setting Possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum Be confident managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills Be adaptable, organised and able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff Thrive in new environments and respond effectively to the varying needs of different classes A creative and proactive approach to teaching, combined with strong observational skills and the ability to think on your feet, will be key to success in this role.
