We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded SEND school in Windsor, seeking a committed and compassionate primary teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm) in a supportive environment focused on children with communication difficulties, complex needs and challenging behaviours.
About the Role:
• Deliver engaging and adapted primary curriculum lessons to children aged 5–11 with SEND.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, support staff and families.
• Use creative teaching approaches to support communication, emotional regulation and behaviour management.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Be a qualified teacher (QTS)
• Have experience or a strong interest in working within SEND environments, particularly with pupils with communication difficulties and challenging behaviour.
• Show patience, empathy and adaptability in your teaching.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
