Ideal candidates will: Have previous experience as a teaching assistant or hold a graduate degree. Approach each day with a willingness to learn and improve. Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Love working with children and demonstrate empathy in your approach. Understand autism and how to support children with this condition. Be available full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (with some flexibility for 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM).
