Job Title: Bubbily SEND Teaching Assistant for Secondary School in Wimbledon
Role Description: Departmental Support: Collaborate closely with teachers within the SEND unit, assisting in creating and delivering tailored learning experiences for students. 1:1 Student Support: Provide individualized support to students within various lessons, ensuring their needs are met and they can fully engage with the curriculum. Team Collaboration: Work within a friendly and supportive team environment, contributing to the overall success of the SEND unit and the school. Mainstream Setting: Thrive in a mainstream secondary school environment, offering specialized assistance within the SEND unit. Requirements: Previous experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. A supportive and empathetic approach to working with students. Location: Situated within an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Wimbledon, offering a conducive environment for professional growth and development.
