Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher Job in Redhill, Surrey
We are currently recruiting for a flexible and enthusiastic Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Redhill, Surrey, from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher seeking part-time supply work within a supportive school environment. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, approachable and confident teaching across different year groups, supporting the school wherever required.
This role would suit a teacher who enjoys variety and is comfortable working with pupils across KS1 and KS2, with flexibility to cover different classes based on the school's needs.
The Role
As a Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of year groups.
Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching requirements.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning atmosphere.
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management standards.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, class teachers and senior leaders.
Provide reliable and consistent classroom cover when required.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school.
Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Must be flexible and comfortable teaching across different age groups and year groups.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confidence using Google Classroom, or willingness to learn the platform quickly.
Positive, professional and adaptable approach to teaching.
Passion for supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
