Minibus driver training available We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and resilient Outdoor Education Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team as soon as possible. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys working closely with young people, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. About the Role: You'll support our experienced Outdoor Education Lead in delivering off-site learning for pupils in Years 7 to 9, Monday to Thursday. Activities run from 9:00am to 2:30pm, with a daily staff debrief afterwards. You’ll work closely with small groups of pupils (up to 8), ensuring their safety, engagement and personal development throughout the day. On Fridays, you'll be based in school supporting with admin tasks, classroom work and our popular pupil activity sessions — from football and pool to social skills groups and computing. What We’re Looking For: ? Someone with stamina, resilience and a genuine interest in outdoor education ? A team player who can build strong, respectful relationships with pupils ? Ability to support pupils with a range of needs (including sensory, physical and social challenges) ? Confident in maintaining clear boundaries and modelling appropriate behaviour ?
