We are currently seeking a resilient and caring secondary Teaching Assistant in Worcester, WR4. This is an Alternative Provision school supporting students with challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. About This Role: The successful candidate will work closely with both teaching staff and external professionals, supporting students in managing the curriculum and develop confidence. You will provide 1:1 and small group support working as a team and individually ensuring the needs of the children are met.
