Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare and deliver outstanding and innovative lessons in French or Spanish up to GCSE level, ensuring that all students achieve their full potential. - Employ a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students are engaged. - Monitor, assess, and report students' progress systematically, and use the data to inform teaching and learning. - Contribute to the creation of a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to take intellectual risks and engage with the language learning process. - Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school training events. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the MFL curriculum and assessment frameworks. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the United Kingdom. - DBS on the update service. - Experience in teaching within UK schools is highly desirable. - Capability to teach either French or Spanish up to GCSE level is essential. - Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students. - A strong commitment to personal professional development. - Enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) are encouraged to apply.
