The Role: Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs Supporting emotional regulation, wellbeing, and positive behaviour Helping students develop coping strategies and resilience Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and external professionals Creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment within the school ??
