A welcoming and well-established nursery in Sutton is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified early years practitioner looking to support children's learning and development in a nurturing, high-quality environment.
The Role:
- Support the Room Leader and wider team in delivering a safe, stimulating, and supportive setting
- Assist with the planning and delivery of creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Build warm and positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
- Help monitor and record the development and progress of key children
- Ensure all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Sound understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Team player with strong communication and organisational skills
