Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Hampton, Greater London. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting students with additional learning needs, fostering an inclusive and enriching educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to enhance learning and social development.
• Help to create and implement individualized learning plans and strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist in maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Qualifications:
• Relevant qualification or experience in education or childcare preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
