Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Wandsworth, London. This role is essential in ensuring that all students achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support teachers in the delivery of tailored educational programs, helping to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs, to enhance their learning experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting engagement and participation.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
• Uphold school policies and contribute to a safe and effective learning environment.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role or working with children in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification) are desirable but not mandatory.
