Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
SEN Learning Support Assistant – SEMH Secondary School (E4)
We are working in partnership with a dedicated SEMH secondary school in E4 that is seeking to appoint a full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant starting from April 2026.
This role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours. You will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils engage positively with their learning and develop confidence within a structured environment.
Role Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Start date: March 2026
Requirements:
Experience supporting students with SEMH and behavioural challenges
A resilient, calm and nurturing approach
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
Full-time availability
