About the Role: You will support pupils both academically and socially, helping them access learning in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. The role will involve a mixture of 1:1 support and small group interventions, adapting learning to meet individual needs and encouraging confidence, independence, and progress. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to help pupils develop communication, emotional regulation, life skills, and positive relationships.
